VICENTE HERNANDEZ MIRELES
CRANE: Vicente Hernandez Mireles, 67 of Crane, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at his home in Crane.
Rosary will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Laurent officiating. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery with arrangements under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Mr. Mireles was born on July 14, 1941 in Durango, Mexico. He had lived in Crane for 25 years, and was a loader operator for M & P Construction for 15 years. Mr. Mireles was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Heriberto and Maria Hernandez-Mireles; a brother, Jose Mireles; and two sisters, Marciala Cano Mireles and Petra Mireles Andrade.
He is survived by his wife, Ramona Olivas Mireles of Crane; a son, Artemio Olivas Mireles and his wife Nancy Ledezma Mireles of Crane; a daughter, Imelda Mireles Pati?o and her husband Matias of Odessa; two grandchildren, Robyn Yvette Mireles and Dominic Mireles both of Crane; three brothers, Pedro Mireles of Waco, Baltazar Mireles of Juarez, Mexico, and Ricardo Mireles of Austin; three sisters, Micaela Mendez of Durango, Mexico, Belen Arzola of Juarez, Mexico, and Maria Melendez of Crane, Texas; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
