ROSE MARY ROGERS
IRAAN: Rose Mary Rogers, 81 of Iraan, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the Iraan General Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Iraan with Reverend Mike Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Restland Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rogers was born on September 15, 1929 in Bakersfield, Texas. She was a retired records processor for Marathon Oil Company. She had lived in Iraan since 1929; and was a member of the Iraan Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles G. Rogers of Iraan; two daughters, Nancy Lee Harris and her husband Thomas of Woodbury, TN, and Carol Ann Harris and her husband Pat of Las Vegas, NM; a brother, Russell M. Morris of Wimberley, TX; one sister, Ruby Lee Mitchell of Lubbock, TX; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
