Ramona R. Torres a long time resident of Crane, TX, passed away on Sunday November 18, 2018. Ramona was born on April 5, 1936, in Allende Coah., Mexico.
Ramona was preceded in death by her parents and 1 infant daughter, Carmelita, several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her loving husband, Felix V. Torres. They were married for 64 years. Also 4 daughters and 4 sons: Ida Sanchez and husband, Jose of Marana, AZ, Bertha Heredia and husband, Ismael of Andrews, TX, Irenio Torres and wife Lori of Lubbock, Terry Abila and husband Nick of Odessa, Tony Torres and wife Liz of Odessa, Mary Del Bosque and husband, GP, Felix Torres, Jr. of Lubbock, Cisco Torres and wife Crissy of Odessa and 16 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
Ramona loved to work in her garden and loved to cook. She will be sorrowfully missed by family and friends.
Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Crane. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church with burial following in the Crane County Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
