Olivia Sanchez

Olivia Barrera Sanchez was born on February 13, 1934 in Sanderson Texas.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was active in the church choir and opened her home to numerous church activities. She was a loving mom, grandma, and friend and is remembered by family and friends as always having her stove on and ready to feed anyone who walked through her door. While she will be missed we take comfort in knowing she is rejoicing with Jesus in Heaven and reunited with her loving husband.

Olivia was preceded in death by her husband; Ynes Sanchez, her parents; Joe and Juana Barrera, her siblings; Benito Barrera, Eddie Barrera, Anastasio Barrera, and Adelfa Vasquez.

She is survived by her sons, Andrew Sanchez and wife Mary of McCamey, Benito Sanchez and wife Debra of McCamey; her daughters, Isabel Esparza and husband Steve of McCamey and Maria Gonzales of Rankin; her brother, Mike Barrera and his wife Katy of Pecos; 14 grandkids, 28 great grandkids, 2 great great grandsons and 1 grandpup.
