Mitzi Michele Lobaton

Our dear Mother Mitzi Michele Lobaton passed away in the afternoon of November 26^th in Crane, Texas. She was a loving and caring mother, as well as an amazing grandmother who loved sunflowers, butterflies, spending time with her grandkids, dancing, doing puzzles and crossword searches. She also enjoyed sewing blankets for her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her mother, Beverly Massingill of Crane and stepmother Carla Massingill Dent from Sweetwater. Two sisters; Robin Fraley and Chelsea Winn. Three brothers; Billy Massingill, Jason Allen, and Sky Massingill. Two daughters; NaTasha Massingill and her husband Mario Vazquez, and Lauren Lopez and her husband Jaimen Lopez, all of Crane. Grandkids; Tegan Rodriguez, Trinity Rodriguez, Tori Rodriguez, Lolah Kennedy, Jaxton Lopez, Lillee'Ann Kennedy, Braydin Vazquez, Tatyana Vasquez, and Jaiven Lopez; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by Father Howard Massingill, and her son Nathan Massingill. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, December 1, 2023, at the Funeral Home with Billy and Sky Massingill officiating.  Burial will follow in the Crane Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Jaimen Lopez, Mario Vazquez, Bryan Bacon, Alfredo Lopez, Tegan Rodriguez, Heath Gwinn, and Craig Valdez.  Honorary bearers will be Jaxton Lopez, Jaiven Lopez, and Braydin Vazquez.
