Michael Navarrete

Michael Angel Navarrete passed away in his hometown of McCamey, TX at 9:30am on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at the age of 45.

Michael was born in Crane, TX on September 8, 1975. He graduated from McCamey High School in 1994. Michael went on to graduate from a culinary arts school where he became a chef and worked in the service industry. In Michael’s free time he enjoyed golf, traveling, drawing and music.

Michael is predeceased by brother Javier Navarrete, his grandfather, Fernando Navarrete and his grandfather, Amado Navarrete.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Amy Smart Navarrete and their lovely daughter, Leila Marley Navarrete. Michael is remembered by his parents Roberto and Corina Navarrete, brothers Isaiah and Adrian Navarrete and family, nieces and nephews, Julian, Ella, Ava and Easton Navarrete, Chloe and Sydney Burns.
