Magdaleno “Mike†Ramirez, 72 of Crane died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Crane Memorial Hospital.
He was born on May 29, 1942, to Gilberto and Rosa Ramirez, of Marathon, TX. Over the years Mike worked various positions in the oilfield industry before retiring. Mike was a very dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and loved hunting and fishing with his sons.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Vickie Ramirez; father Gilberto Ramirez of Marathon, TX; daughters, Ezilia Chisum and husband Wayne of Crane, Delia Ramirez and husband Noel of Odessa, Melissa Marroquin and husband Jose of Midland, Jennifer Ramirez of Odessa; sons, Gilbert Ramirez and wife Annette of Odessa, Eddie Ramirez and wife Amy of Midland, Noel Ramirez and wife Lisa of Nome, AJ Ramirez and wife Heather of Pecos; twenty-one grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; Sisters, Nina Barriga of Crane, Nelda Ortiz of Marathon; Brothers, Freddy Ramirez and Ben Ramirez both of Marathon.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Ramirez and brother Adolfo Ramirez.
