Luis A. Morales

Luis A. Morales, known to many as “Mo”, 60 years old, of Iraan passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 in San Angelo.

Luis was born on October 28, 1960 in Eagle Pass, TX. He was a longtime resident of Iraan. He enjoyed watching football, especially his favorite team The Dallas Cowboys, fishing and being at the lake. He enjoyed spending time with this family, especially his nephews. He also had many long term friendships that he treasured. He offered a helping hand and ear to many friends.

Luis was preceded in death by his father, Santos Morales.

Luis is survived by his loving mother, Petra Morales, his sister Molly Rendon and her husband Santiago Rendon, their son Lee Rendon and their daughter Marina Rendon; his sister Yolanda Garcia and her husband Damian Garcia, their son’s Nathan and Alec Garcia; and his great nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Thursday, July 15th at the Iraan Civic Center with the Rosary following at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, July 16th at the Iraan Civic Center. Burial will follow at the Iraan Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
