Linda McGuire

August 30, 1952 — August 20, 2018

Linda Kay McGuire, 65, of Crane, Texas passed away on August 20th, 2018 at Crane Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on August 22nd, 2018 at the Crane County Cemetery in Crane, Texas with Pastor David Evans officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane.

Linda was born August 30th, 1952 in Odessa, Texas. She was a retired Administrative Assistant for Key Energy and a life-long resident of Crane, Texas.
Linda graduated from Crane High School in 1970. She was a beloved wife, mom, Geemaw, friend and neighbor. She was fiercely loyal to those she loved and a strong right arm for all that needed it. No distance was too far for Linda and Bill to travel to cheer on her boys or her grandbabies, she was their #1 fan!

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Freddy Kneupper; her mother, Berniece Kneupper; mother and father in law, Bob and Johnny Clay McGuire; grandson, Trent Ueckert; brother, Lynn Kneupper; brother in law, Quail Dobbs.

Survivors include, husband, Bill McGuire of Crane; Cody McGuire and his wife Rachael of Lockhart; Clay McGuire and his wife Jeri of Lubbock; Misty Ueckert and her husband David of Ballinger; Kim Stone and her husband Todd of Minneapolis, MN.
Grandchildren, Allie Ueckert; Stoney, JoLee and Case McGuire; Jorja and Addie McGuire.
Sisters, Nell Woodfin and her husband Doug; Joyce Shipley and her husband Fred;
Sister in laws, Judy Dobbs; JoAnn Kneupper.
Nieces and nephews, Stephanie Rotan; Coley Dobbs; Sonja Puga; Freddy and Cole Shipley. Great nieces and nephews, Reagan Rotan; Shelby Burtscher; Keegan and Serena Dobbs; Peyton Puga; Hunter, Remy and Jordan Shipley.
