Leo Flores, 80, of Crane, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at his home.
Mass will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Laurent Mvondo officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Leo was born on June 28, 1931 in Uvalde, Texas. Leo had lived in Crane since 1953. He was a retired painter, and a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ysidro and Margarita Flores; and a granddaughter, Nichole Mikulenka.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Flores of Crane; five sons, Gilbert Flores of Hallettsville, TX, Leo Flores Jr. of Odessa, Desi Flores of Oklahoma City, Trini Flores of Odessa, and David Flores of Seattle, Washington; four daughters, Odelia Landeros of Odessa, Tomasa Gutierrez of Crane, Lisa Pickens of Crane, and Margie Cutrer of Midland; three brothers, Henry Flores of Andrews, Jamie Flores of San Angelo, and Joe Flores of Gillett, Wyoming; one sister, Maria Flores of Wisconsin; 34 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
