Kelley was born on October 4, 1972 in Lovington, NM to Roger and Carol Bulman. She relocated to Crane, TX at the age of 1, where she continued to reside the majority of her life. She was a 1991 graduate of Crane High School and held several occupations, including 8 years of service with the Crane County Court House.

She welcomed her first child, Tyler, in 1995 and second, Chaley, in 1999. From that moment on, motherhood and her children became the center of her world. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do or sacrifice for the health and happiness of her children.

Kelley had extremely strong faith in Christ and an insatiable appetite for life, her family, her dogs, and grandbabies! She loved watching her daughter excel in volleyball and grew to love reffing volleyball games almost as much. She also loved cooking, crafting, dragonflies, and collecting memories. Kelley had such a beautiful heart and ability to hold on to keepsakes that reminded her of the best moments of her life.  Treasures in which her family are especially grateful for at this time, so they can continue to reminisce and remember her. Kelley was an amazing person and friend, who would give the shirt off her back to help any person or animal. Although her loved ones are sad and already miss her so much; They find comfort knowing that she is no longer in pain and will see her again one day.

She is survived by her Children, Tyler Moreno (fiancé Alexis Cadena) and Chaley Moreno; Father of their Children, Thomas Moreno; Step Mother, JoLene Bulman; Sister, Channon Collier (husband David); Step Sisters, Jennifer Harvey (husband Lance); Monica Spalding (husband Gerald), Grand-daughter, Avah Moreno; Nieces, Courtney Holly (husband Brett and children Jaylee, Carter and Wyatt), Kirstin Manning (husband Kevin and daughter Camdyn); Step Nieces and Nephews, Mason Harvey, Mallory Harvey, Cutter Spalding, Cy Yunger Spalding, and Treyli Spalding; Aunts, Dianne Blevins, Fay Thompson, Judy Frederick, and Kathy Walker; Uncles, Doug Bulman (wife Lois), Steve Carter (wife Cat), Larry Carter (wife Telene); Along with multiple Cousins and extended family members.

Kelley is preceded in death by her parents, Roger Bulman and Carol Bunce; Grandparents, Sam and Lucille Bulman, Charles and Nancy Carter, and Peggy Northcott; Nephews, Holden Curfew and Dillon Collier; Uncles, Bill Blevins, James Thompson, and Butch Bulman
