Julian G. Garcia

Julian G. Garcia, 85, of Crane, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024, in Odessa.

Julian was born on April 12, 1939, in Terlingua, Texas, to Felix and Rosa Garcia. He had worked for Crane ISD in the maintenance department, as well as the City of Crane for the sanitation department. Julian was a longtime resident of Crane. He loved playing music and spending time with his family. Julian was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angelica Tarin Garcia; his son, Goel Garcia; two brothers; and three sisters.

Julian is survived by two sons, Julian Garcia Jr. of Odessa, Michael Garcia of Midland; two daughters, Oralia DeLaGarza of Crane, and Deelba Cordova of Odessa; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Crane with burial to follow in the Crane County Cemetery.
