Jennifer Marie McCray-Chavez, 35, of McCamey, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017, in Odessa.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in McCamey. Burial will follow in the Restaven Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Jennifer was born on August 4, 1982, in Detroit, Michigan. She had lived in McCamey for the past 17 years, and was a member the Christ Fellowship Church. She enjoyed painting and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Sergio Felipe Chavez of McCamey; three sons, Jerimiah Joseph McDonald of Lamesa, Jonathan McDonald and Joshua McCray, both of Michigan; two daughters, Alenna Marie McCray of Odessa and Josephine Marie McCray of Michigan; her mother, Tina McCray of Detroit, Michigan; her father, Charles Miller also of Detroit, Michigan; and three brothers, Juan Carlos McCray, Jerome McCray, and Christopher McCray, all of Michigan.
