Jacob Storm Lowery, 30, of Crane, Texas died unexpectedly
on August 26, 2021, at Crane Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 28, 1991, in Odessa, Texas to Evan and Betty Lowery.
Jacob grew up in Crane, Texas, where he played football (#51) for- and graduated in 2010 from- Crane High School. Jacob had a passion for sports, especially football. His favorite teams to watch and discuss were Texas Tech and the Kansas City Chiefs. He also enjoyed knives and guns.
Jacob met the love of his life, Samantha Milligan, of Tom Bean, Texas, and became engaged in 2018. By falling in love, he gained 2 children, Brooklynne and Tanner Milligan, and in February of 2020, they had a child of their own, Hinzlei Lowery.
Jacob was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Lowery, his grandparents, and few other family members.
Jacob is survived by his fiancé, Samantha Milligan; step- daughter, Brooklynne Milligan (10); step-son, Tanner Milligan (6); daughter, Hinzlei Lowery (18 months); father, Evan Lowery; brother, Cord Lowery; sister-in- law, CarrieAnn Lowery; nephews Seth (8), Zachary (5), and Kolby (expected October 2021); numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins as well.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Crane. Arrangements are under the care of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crane High School general scholarship fund in memory of Jacob Lowery.
