GUADALUPE RODRIGUEZ
IRAAN: Guadalupe Rodriguez, 69 of Fort Stockton, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2009 in the Pecos County Memorial Hospital in Fort Stockton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Iraan with Father Isadore officiating. Burial will follow in the Restland Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Guadalupe was born on April 17, 1939 in Seguin, Texas. She was a nurses aid; and had lived in Fort Stockton since 1982. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rodriguez in 2008; and a daughter, Hope Gonzales.
She is survived by two brothers, Joe Rivas of Iraan, and Nick Rivas of Big Lake; five sisters, Gloria Montez of Odessa, Janie Perez of Olton, TX, Anita Salazar, Susie Rivas, and Mary Rodriguez, all of Iraan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
