George Ferguson Sr., age 77, of Mason, Texas, passed away February 10th, 2022.
He was born June 6, 1944, in Huntington, Texas to George and Polly Ferguson. He retired from Upton County Road and bridge.
George married his partner in crime and love of his life, Janice on August 24,1991, in Rankin, Texas. All who knew him will miss his pranks, jokes and stories.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son Stanley Ferguson; brother Owen Ferguson; sisters Annabelle Doucett, Lois Wright and grandson James Anderson.
George is survived by his wife of 30 years, Janice Ferguson of Mason, Texas; daughters Prula Crowder and husband Travis of Coleman, Texas, Robin Grimes and husband Daniel of Rankin, Texas, Kym McAnaugh of San Angelo, Texas, Kelli Thurman and husband Eddy Thurman of Crane, Texas; sons Gerorge Ferguson Jr. of Brady, Texas, and Richard Valley of Kerrville, Texas; sisters Silvie Conner and husband James of Potosi, Texas, Beverly Pilkington of Cullman, Alabama, and Sharon Lloyd of Odessa, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
