Fred Dawson Roseberry, 75, of Crane passed on to glory Monday, October 22, 2012 at the Hospice House in Odessa.
Fred was born in Anson, TX on January 21, 1937. On January 17, 1955 he married his wife Betty Jean Boiles, and later that same year he joined the Army where he trained to be an underwater demolition expert. He was a retired chemical truck driver in the oilfield. He loved fishing and reading his newspaper.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Betty, his son Mike Roseberry and his wife Dorinda, daughter Sharon and her husband Radney Turner, his daughter Carol Nichols, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday, October 24th at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane. A graveside service will be held at 11 am Thursday October 25th at the Crane cemetery. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Home Hospice House in Odessa.
