Faye Nell Nance
Adored Mother, Grandma and Friend.
Faye Nell Nance was born in Matador Texas on March 30th 1927 to Charlie Lee and Willie Sain. She was blessed with five siblings, two sisters and three brothers. She married the love of her life, Richard Weldon Nance in Childress Texas on August 3rd 1949. She joined them all in heaven on October 12th 2014, and was also reunited with her granddaughter, Kymberly Rose Nance.
Faye was a loyal, loving member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, where she gained many loving friends. This is also where she met her best friend of many years Myrtle Everett, who she completely adored. Myrtle made her life a little sweeter!
Faye had a heart of gold, and was a true blessing to those who knew her. Her faith in God was an inspiration to us all, right to the end.
She leaves behind many people who will dearly miss her. Daughter Deloris Blake and husband Bill of Pea Ridge, AR, Son Richard Nance and wife Lynda of Comanche, TX, Daughter Peggy Foster and husband Mark of Fort Stockton, TX, Son David Nance and wife Dee of Gilmer, TX, Daughter Sandy Faulkenberry and husband Peewee of Fort Stockton, TX, and daughter Nancy Porterfield of Mansfield, TX.
Faye was blessed with many grandkids who cherished her beyond measure. Thirteen grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and six great, great grandchildren.
Services for Faye will be at 3:00PM at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Fort Stockton on Wednesday October 15th 2014.
