Erlinda Meraz, 52, of McCamey, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 7, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
Erlinda was born on June 24, 1967, in Iraan, Texas to Eusebio and Manuela Galindo. She had lived in McCamey since 2008 and was a substitute teacher.
Erlinda was a beautiful lady, always looking her best. She loved her fancy fingernails, and jewelry. Erlinda was a wonderful wife and mother and was always thinking of others before herself. She was one that would give up her dreams to fulfill others.
Erlinda was preceded in death by mother, Manuela Galindo; and a brother, Steven Galindo.
She is survived by her husband, Francisco Meraz of McCamey; son, Luis Enrique Porras of Hereford, TX; daughter, Morelia Mirella Serrata of McCamey; her father, Eusebio Galindo of Hereford; two brothers, Eusebio Galindo, Jr. of Hereford, and Efren Galindo of Louisiana; and five grandchildren, Joe Luis, Zamiah, Abri, Maliya, and Izabella.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at the Dunbar Building in McCamey.
