Eliseo Perez "Eddie" Tarango

Eliseo Perez Tarango, also known as “Eddie” age 62 of Miles, Texas, passed away on July 22, 2023 in San Angelo Texas.

Eddie was born in Presidio, Texas to his parents Tomas Orosco and Petra Perez Tarango on March 10, 1961. As a young child he lived in Saragosa, Texas and attended school in Pecos, Texas and then moved to Sun Valley Farms in Girvin, Texas. Later in life he moved to Miles, Texas and continued living with his mother. Eddie was a very lovable person and was a joy to be around. He loved everybody and everybody loved him, he put a smile on everyone’s face. Eddie loved giving hugs and kisses, enjoyed listening to music, dancing, birthday parties, cheeseburgers, Little Debbie snacks, sodas and spending time with the family. He will always be remember as a sweet soul.

Eddie was preceded in death by his father Tomas Orosco Tarango.

Eddie is survived by his mother, Petra Perez Tarango of Miles, Texas, brother Thomas Tarango Jr. and his wife Aramita Tarango of Imperial, Texas, brother George Tarango of Mereta, Texas, sister Arlina Acosta and husband Roy Acosta or Miles, Texas, along with many nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

Visitation will start at 1:00 p.m. on Monday July 24^th with a rosary to follow at 7 p.m. at Shaffer-Nichols Funeral, 1503 Gaston Street in Crane, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at Shaffer-Nichols Funeral at 10 a.m. on Tuesday July 25^th with a procession to the cemetery in Imperial, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Tarango, Michael Acosta, Devin Medina, Dillon Medina, Halen Anderson and Jonathan Guzman. Honorary pallbearers Marcos Guzman, Caleb Guzman and Malachi Tarango
