Donald David Mann

Donald David Mann was born on September 12, 1961 in Crane, Texas to Kelton Ray Mann and Deanna Kaye Rowlett Mann. He passed away at his home on Thursday, March 30, 2023. 

David had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone out if he was able.  He loved dogs and would rescue all the dogs that he could handle. 

David was preceded in death by both of his parents, his sister, Vonnie Mann; wife, Kasey Mann, and grandparents, Archie and Louise Rowlett and J.B. and Marie Mann.

He is survived by a brother, Dennis Mann of Andrews, a half-brother, Curtis Mann of Phoenix, Arizona, step-dad CT Arnold of Odessa, TX and a special friend, Maria “Janey” Sanchez. He also had numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins that he loved so much.
