Christi Smith, 51, of Crane, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the Hospice House in Odessa.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 25, 2013, at the Crane County Cemetery with Reverend Jimmy Carrasco officiating. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
Christi was born on December 17, 1961, in Crane. She had lived in Crane most all of her life. She was a cashier at the Filling Station. Christi was a dear friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Lewis Smith and Jessica Terrazas Smith; and her sister, Dian Miller.
Survivors include her sister, Rubae Griffin of Bakersfield, CA; a brother,
Dr. Edgar Dean Smith of Champagne, IL; her companion, Billy Dee McBrayer of Crane; numerous nieces and nephews; and host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to the Hospice House-903 N. Sam Houston-Odessa, Texas 79761.
