Burton M. Lanehart of Iraan, Texas passed away on August 23, 2012 at age 90.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Josephine Collett Lanehart; daughter, Carol Willingham; grandchildren, Mark C. Ritter, Will Lanehart, and Brittney Lanehart; great grandchildren, Christopher Ritter and Caroline Ritter; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Raymond M. (Buddy) Lanehart.
Graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Restland Cemetery in Iraan. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
