Brenda Rache Marcom

Brenda Rache Marcom, 48, of Midland, passed away on October 13, 2022 in Midland.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday,  October 29, 2022 at 10am at Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane.

Rache was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Alton and Brenda Mathis on December 30, 1973. She was a nurse who had a gift for serving and healing others. Her compassion was unmatched, but she knew how to put someone in their place when needed. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Zsa Zsa. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went.

She is predeceased by her sister Ailena Mulkey, her father; Alton Mathis, and grandparents; Katie and Kenneth Wheeler.

She is survived by her mother; Brenda Mathis, brother; Wayne Mathis, children; Sophia McVay, Autumn Stafford, and Stanley Sparks. Along with her three grandchildren; Ki, Kennedy, and Courtney, as well as her nieces, nephews, many cousins, uncles, aunts and more.

Rache will be greatly missed and her family is thankful of the compassion and love they have received in this difficult time.
