Billy Wayne Johnson-Grill of Crane went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 7, 2016.
Billy was born November 5, 1967, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Ruby Colleen Tipton-Fulcher and Roy Allen Johnson. He was the first baby born in the new hospital.
Billy liked to read, was an avid sports fan, loved all kinds of music, and enjoyed hanging out with friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Roy Allen Johnson; his grandparents, O.L. and LuVada Tipton; and a nephew, Manuel Figueroa.
Billy is survived by his mother, Ruby Colleen Tipton-Fulcher of Crane; two sons, Robert Cory Coleman of Dexter, NM and Cody Don Johnson of Ruidoso, NM; three sisters, Teresa Grill-Figueroa and her husband Jose of Crane, Twila Grill-Smedley of Abilene, TX, and Cynthia Grill-Rodriguez and her husband Angel of Odessa; one brother, Bobby Myers of Crane; 6 grandchildren; 3 uncles; 4 aunts; 1 great uncle; 5 great aunts; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A rosary will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday evening at the Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Chapel. Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 11:00 AM at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Crane County Cemetery following the services.
