McCAMEY: Albert Church Hazlewood, 91 of McCamey, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the Crane Nursing and Rehab Center.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 30th, 2008 in the Resthaven Cemetery in McCamey with Reverend Byron Bitner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of McCamey.
Mr. Hazlewood was born on January 29, 1917 in De Leon, Texas. He was a retired self-employed electrician; and a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mr. Hazlewood is survived by his two grandchildren, Jason Hazlewood and his wife Kristy, and Tandy Lee Adams and her husband Brian; five great-grandchildren, Taylor and Jonah Adams, and Colby, Carter, and Chloe Hazlewood; a niece, Annette Dyson of Ft. Worth, and a cousin, Nina Nabors of Cleburne.
